Muesli Munch

A wholesome start to the day — crunchy muesli, tangy yogurt, and a protein kick that lasts.

Ingredients

Wonder Protein Mince – 150 g (hydrate 30 min, drain, then toast until golden)

Rolled Oats – 400 g, toasted

Wheat Bran – 100 g

Cinnamon – 2 g

Sea Salt – 2 g

Almonds – 80 g, toasted

Pumpkin Seeds – 80 g, toasted

Coconut – 80 g, toasted

Cranberries – 80 g, chopped

Apricots – 80 g, chopped

Jam

Frozen Berries – 150 g

Raspberries – 20 g

Jaggery – 60 g

Water – 100 g

Cinnamon – pinch

Lemon Juice – splash

Serving

Coconut Yogurt – 150 g

Fresh Berries – 150 g

Method

1. Hydrate Wonder Protein mince for 30 minutes, drain, then toast until crisp.

2. Toss with oats, bran, cinnamon, nuts, seeds, coconut, and dried fruits.

3. Simmer berries, jaggery, water, cinnamon, and lemon for 15 minutes. Blend into jam.

4. Layer yogurt with muesli, berry jam, and fresh berries.

Store the muesli mix in airtight jars for freshness up to two weeks.
