Wonder Protein Mince – 100 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)
Beef Mince – 100 g
White Onion – 100 g, minced
Garlic – 10 g, minced
Sunflower Oil – 30 g
Tricolour Capsicum – 200 g, diced
Tomato Paste – 60 g
Chopped Tomatoes – 250 g
Cooked Kidney Beans – 250 g
Vegetable Beef Stock Powder – 10 g
Water – 400 g
Chilli Powder – 1 g
Ground Cumin – 8 g
Smoked Paprika – 3 g
Cinnamon Powder – 1 g
Sea Salt – 3 g
Black Pepper – 2 g
Cooked Rice – 240 g
1. Hydrate WONDER PROTEIN mince for 30 minutes, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a saucepan, sauté onion and garlic gently until caramelized.
3. Increase heat, add beef mince and WONDER PROTEIN mince. Cook 2–3 minutes.
4. Stir in spices, tomato paste, capsicum, kidney beans, and tomatoes.
5. Add water and stock powder, simmer 10–12 minutes.
6. Season to taste, serve with rice.
Add a square of dark chocolate during simmering for depth and richness.
