Wonder Protein Chunks – 150 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)

Soy Yogurt – 120 g

Olive Oil – 40 g

Garlic – 10 g, minced

Cumin Powder – 6 g

Coriander Powder – 6 g

Turmeric – 2 g

Smoked Paprika – 3 g

Arabic Spice – 5 g

Cinnamon Powder – 1.5 g

Black Pepper – 2 g

Lemon Juice – 16 g

Salt – 2 g

Cayenne Chilli Powder – 1 g

Complements

Mint Yogurt Sauce – 60 g

Arabic Bread – 2

Pickles – 40 g

Romaine Lettuce – 30 g

Method

1. Hydrate WONDER PROTEIN chunks for 30 minutes, drain, and marinate with spices and yogurt. Chill 6 hours.

2. Grill 2 minutes per side until charred.

3. Serve in bread with mint-yogurt sauce, lettuce, and pickles.
