Ingredients

Wonder Protein Chunks – 150 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)

Soy Yogurt – 220 g

Lemon Juice – 60 g

Olive Oil – 60 g

Garlic – 20 g, minced

Tomato Paste – 25 g

Cinnamon Powder – 2 g

Oregano – 2 g

Ginger – 20 g, minced

Sea Salt – 3 g

Black Pepper – 2 g

Apple Cider Vinegar – 6 g

White Pepper – 1 g

Cumin Powder – 2 g

Smoked Paprika – 4 g

Complements

Arabic Bread – 2

Tahini Sauce – 80 g

Pickles – 40 g

Romaine Lettuce – 30 g

Method

1. Hydrate Wonder Protein chunks for 30 minutes, drain, and marinate with all ingredients. Chill 6 hours or overnight.

2. Grill chunks on high heat, 2 minutes per side until charred.

3. Serve in Arabic bread with tahini, lettuce, and pickles.
