Wonder Protein Mince – 120 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)
Bulgur – 100 g, cooked
Pomegranate Seeds – 100 g
Cucumber – 70 g, chopped
Parsley – 10 g, minced
Chives – 10 g, minced
Mint – 5 g, minced
Roasted Almonds – 10 g, sliced
Spring Onion – 20 g, sliced
Olive Oil – 10 g
Flaxseed – 10 g
Pomegranate Molasses – 20 g
Balsamic Vinegar – 5 g
Jaggery – 5 g
Olive Oil – 30 g
Soy Sauce – 2 g
Apple Cider Vinegar – 3 g
Lime Juice – 15 g
Sea Salt – 2 g
Black Pepper – 1 g
Agave Syrup – 5 g
1. Hydrate Wonder Protein mince for 30 minutes, drain, and set aside. Recommended rehydration ratio: 2:1 (Water:Wonder Proteins)
2. Blend dressing ingredients until smooth.
3. Toss bulgur, WONDER PROTEIN mince, cucumber, herbs, spring onion, almonds, and pomegranate.
4. Finish with dressing drizzle.
