Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Oats

Ingredients

Wonder Protein Mince – 120 g (hydrate 30 min in cold water, drain well)

Rolled Oats – 250 g

Coconut Milk – 200 g

Cinnamon Powder – 2 g

Jaggery – 10 g

Vanilla Essence – 2 g

Water – 100 g

Flaxseeds – 2 g

Toasted Coconut – 2 g

Apple Compote

Red Apples – 300 g, chopped

Jaggery – 60 g

Cinnamon Stick – 2 g

Vanilla Essence – 1 g

Water – 300 g

Method

1. Hydrate WONDER PROTEIN mince for 30 minutes, drain, and set aside. Recommended rehydration ratio: 2:1 (Water:Wonder Proteins)

2. Simmer apples, jaggery, cinnamon stick, vanilla, and water for 20 minutes.

3. Remove cinnamon stick, blend compote until smooth, and strain.

4. In a bowl, combine oats, WONDER PROTEIN mince, coconut milk, jaggery, vanilla, water, and cinnamon. Refrigerate 4–6 hours.

5. Serve topped with apple compote, flaxseeds, and toasted coconut.

Chef's Tip

Add a dollop of nut butter for extra richness and protein.
