
Succulent lamb meets Wonder Protein — tradition meets innovation on a skewer.
Wonder Protein Mince – 100 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)
Lamb Mince – 100 g
White Onion – 60 g, minced
Garlic – 10 g, minced
Parsley – 30 g, minced
Panko – 20 g
Olive Oil – 30 g
Spices: salt, black pepper, allspice, cayenne, cardamom, sumac, nutmeg, smoked paprika, cumin
Wooden Skewers – 14
Mint Yogurt Sauce – 80 g
Lime Wedges – 2
Pomegranate Seeds – 30 g
1. Hydrate WONDER PROTEIN mince for 30 minutes, drain, and combine with lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, spices, and panko.
2. Form into 25 g ovals around skewers.
3. Grill on a hot griddle with oil, 3 minutes per side until charred.
4. Serve with mint yogurt, lime, and pomegranate.
