Ingredients

Wonder Protein Mince – 45 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)

Self-Raising Flour – 50 g

Jaggery – 200 g

Sunflower Oil – 90 g

Soy Yogurt – 90 g

Vanilla Extract – 7 g

Cocoa Powder – 50 g

Baking Powder – 3.5 g

Sea Salt – 1 g

Chocolate Chips – 20 g

Method

1. Hydrate WONDER PROTEIN mince for 30 minutes, drain, and set aside.

2. Preheat oven to 175°C, line pan with parchment.

3. Whisk jaggery, oil, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.

4. Fold in cocoa, flour, baking powder, salt, and WONDER PROTEIN mince.

5. Add chocolate chips, spread into tin.

6. Bake 20–25 minutes until edges set, center slightly soft.

Chef's Tip

Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top for a glossy finish.
