Wonder Protein Mince – 95 g (hydrate 30 min, drain)
Ripe Bananas – 240 g, mashed
Sunflower Oil – 80 g
Jaggery – 100 g
Vanilla Extract – 7 g
Self-Raising Flour – 95 g
Baking Soda – 7 g
Baking Powder – 4 g
Salt – 1 g
Cinnamon – 2 g
Soy Yogurt – 80 g
1. Hydrate WONDER PROTEIN mince for 30 minutes, drain, and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 175°C, grease a loaf tin.
3. Mash bananas, whisk with oil, jaggery, vanilla, and yogurt.
4. Fold in flour, baking agents, salt, cinnamon, and WONDER PROTEIN mince.
5. Bake 45–55 minutes until golden. Cool before slicing.
Add walnuts or chocolate chips for a bakery-style finish.
